Who Doesn't Love An Art Day?

Today in Year 6 and Year 7 it was all about Art. We are currently studying Natural Disasters in our World Around Us topic and we decided to create some volcanoes of our own.

We created our 3D volcanoes out of scrap paper and masking tape. Once this was completed we painted our volcanoes adding in some additional detail.

The final pieces will be finished over the next few days.

We also used some chalk pastels to complete a drawing of a volcano erupting.

Thank you to Mrs Palmer and Miss Pickering for helping the children today complete their masterpieces.
