We had a fantastic time today learning all about the Lambeg drum. The session was both fun and informative, and the children were fascinated by the different drums and instruments used many years ago.
They especially enjoyed discovering how the drums are made and what materials are used — and they couldn’t believe how heavy they were!
If anyone in Tobermore was having a quiet nap today… they definitely got a wake-up call with a bang!
