Hello everyone and thank you for taking time to complete in our Mental Health Week activities. This week our challenge is to get out and about.
As the weather starts to improve and the evenings get a little brighter there will be lots of opportunities to get out for a walk, cycle or scoot. What we would like to see you do is take a picture of you and your family out for a walk, cycle or scoot
The challenge is to take a picture that is unlike anyone else's. You might be climbing a tree, picking flowers, etc.
