Our Eco and Sustrans Committee were delighted to have been awarded 1st place in the very small schools category for Extended Support Schools across Northern Ireland in the Big Walk & Wheel Challenge. We were delighted when we got our delivery of a brand new scooter and two bags filled with wonderful goodies.
Thank you to Ross and Ralph who were on hand with Miss Reid to get it unpacked and built. They even had a go at testing it out. We can't wait to have lots of fun outside on our scooter.
Thank you also to all the children, parents and staff who made active journeys to school each day and for taking part on the Walking Bus.
The Big Walk & Wheel Challenge was a huge success and we can't wait to take part in more activities in the near future.
