Residential Day 2
16th Apr 2026
Day two began with an eye‑opening session on marine life and the importance of protecting our environment. This followed a morning litter forage on the beach, where the children uncovered some surprising items. They were fully engaged in the discussion about waste, litter, and the harmful effects these have on our oceans and marine ecosystems.
Afterwards, everyone set off on a brisk walk to the river for paddle boarding. It was energetic, challenging, and left the whole group happily exhausted and ready for a hearty lunch.
The afternoon rounded off with a range of interactive and challenging games, bringing plenty of laughter, teamwork, and friendly competition.
