Primary 4 & 5 had a great day today as they travelled to Carrickfergus for their first shared education trip. Our first stop was to the castle. Our tour guides took us around all the different parts and told us the history of each which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. We then had lunch in the vault before walking to The Museum. Here we had 3 activities to complete on the history of Carrickfergus. We had a wonderful day and the children were a delight to take on a trip. I am sure everyone will sleep well tonight, Mrs Hawthorne definitely will. 😉
