There was great excitement when we were finally able to dig the potatoes from our school garden. After harvesting the potatoes, we brought them inside to prepare them for cooking. Once cooked, the children enjoyed eating them and even Mrs Hawthorne and Mrs Smyth got to taste some too! They were delicious!
