Parent Questionnaire

Hello everyone, I hope that you are all well. Before the Covid 19 Pandemic, I had issued you all with a Parent Questionnaire to help with the creation of our new School Development Plan. I have received some of these, however, due to the unfortunate timing of the recent events, some people have not been able to return these to me.

Please find attached the Parent Questionnaire on a Word document. If possible could you please complete this and email it back to icheevers766@c2kni.net by Friday 15th May 2020.

Please underline the number you have chosen in the questionnaire and type in any comments you feel are necessary.
