After a busy morning at Coleraine Festival, Primary 5 returned with very hungry tummies so what better way to end the day than to make some yummy pancakes.
The children helped to weigh out the ingredients and mix them altogether into a lovely pancake batter. They then spooned their batter onto the griddle watching out for the bubbles to appear which meant it was time to give them a flip. There were some very professional bakers amongst them. The children then added some toppings, some maybe a little too much chocolate!
The pancakes were delicious and everyone even wanted some seconds. 🥞
