P.3/4 Feely Walls

In KS1 this term our topic has been 'The Senses'. This week we have been learning all about our sense of touch. We have been using adjectives to describe how different materials and textures feel. One of our art lessons consisted of the children getting into groups to create their own 'Feely Walls'. The children used lots of different materials and the lesson gave rise to some great discussion and use of vocabulary relating to the feel of materials. We all had great fun, even though there was a lot of tidying up to do at the end of the lesson 😀
