The children have been developing their mathematical sorting skills. They had to sort a random collection of school items by identifying similarities and/or differences. After that the children thought of ways to sort themselves into groups/sets. They sorted themselves according to:- what class they were in P1 or P2; what age they were 4, 5 or 6; by hair colour and finally their favourite colour. The P1 children then sorted the fruit by colour.
