Today in Numeracy we thought about all the materials a builder uses when building a house. We then used a Carroll diagram to sort these materials. The children were very good in thinking of ways to sort them; made from wood/not made from wood, durable/not durable etc. After that we looked at the tools a builder uses and thought of different ways to sort them.
