This week, P3 and P4 have been busy learning about the properties of 3D shapes.
Using playdoh and cocktail sticks, the pupils built their own 3D shapes to understand faces, edges and vertices. They also sorted the shapes using a venn diagram. To finish off, they went on a nature hunt to find real-life examples.
P4 were also introduced to tessellations and experimented with 2D shapes to create their own designs.
