A big thank you to all who attended our celebratory Easter Assembly today. The children started proceedings with a lively rendition of, 'Our God is a Great Big God'. The P5,6 & 7 class then gave a formative presentation on the real meaning behind Easter. After that the children sang an animated version of, 'Alive, alive my Jesus is alive'. The assembly concluded with a captivating Easter message from the Rev Carmen Hayes. The assembly was bittersweet as we had to say goodbye to our school secretary Mrs C McGuckin. She was thanked for all her hard work and wished every happiness in her new employment.
