The children in Primary 5-7 had a visit from Hannah and Kerri who are completing their placement year from university at Dairy Council Northern Ireland. They talked to us about the benefits of a balanced diet and an active lifestyle. They had lots of props, raps and movements to help us remember how to get the balance right. The children also received an informative booklet to remind them of all the topics covered today. We would like to thank Hannah and Kerri for visiting us today, we had great fun and learnt lots of important information. We hope to see you again soon.
