As we make our way deeper into the season of Autumn, we start to notice lots of changes.
In the early hours of Sunday October 31, at 2am, we will revert to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) by going back one hour, to 1am, marking the official end of British summertime.
Don't forget to set your clocks back tonight and enjoy that extra hour in bed.
